Custom Fishing Adventures, LLC. is a kayak fishing outfitter and guide service owned and operated by Matt Adams and is located in Nags Head, on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Matt was addicted to fishing from the minute he held his first snoopy fishing rod when he was a child. Since then Matt has been consumed with fishing. If he wasn’t fishing he was talking or reading about it. He has experience fishing the Chesapeake Bay and the Outer Banks of North Carolina since he was a child.
Matt moved to the Outer Banks in early 2007 to pursue a career in fishing. He has experience with inshore, offshore, surf, sound, and kayak fishing. Matt knows many of the local “hot spots” and has a few secret holes of his own. He is in touch with a lot of captains and commercial fishermen and gets daily fishing reports from them and others around the Outer Banks area. Matt is a licensed guide through the North Caroline Wildlife Resource Commission. Fishing for him is not a passion or hobby but a way of life. With our experience, knowledge, and information, our guide service can give you a great experience on the water whether you are new to fishing, new to the Outer Banks, or just would like to have a guides help.
